Q: What
is glooqSign?
A:
glooqSign is a unique module which allows to
create one signature template for the entire
organization.
Q: How
do I install it?
A:
glooqSign is installed along with glooqPro
application. Once you download and install glooqPro,
you can access the signature module through the
administrative panel.
Q: What
requirements needed to install glooqSign?
A:
glooqSign is integrated with Active
Directory only.
For detailed installation requirements, view the
installation section of glooqPro.
Q: Which
e-mail clients are suportted?
A:
You can use any email client,
because the signature is added when the email is
going through the glooqSign add-on which is
installed on a server.
Q: Is
there any bandwidth overhead?
A:
No, The signature weight is very light: 20-40
KB.
Q: Can I
install glooqSign on any server?
A:
Yes. glooqSign is working on a Microsoft platform. You can install it on a
Windows Server and use it as long as you have Active
Directory Server.
Q: Can I
disable all the personal signatures?
A:
Yes, there is no need to use
personal signatures because all the emails will be
carrying the signature from the server.
Q: Can I
add a company logo?
A:
Yes. glooqSign allows you to add company logos and
ability to select different logos for different
domains.
Q: Can I
use glooqSign for internal marketing?
A:
Yes. If you have Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007, you
can install glooqSign and connect it to the
internal email communication.
Q: Is
the signature added to reply / forward?
A:
Yes. You can choose whether to enable the signature
for reply / forward messages.
